Follow these steps:

  1. Please log in to the system to access "Dashboard".

  2. Click menu items: "System -> Test account".
  3. You should now see "You can set up your own domain for using your brand name serving your clients.".

  6. Fill in Subdomain with "app".

  7. Fill in Domain with "example.com".

  8. Click "Save and continue".

  9. You should now see "Adding a DNS records in your domain management".

  10. Click "Save".

  12. Click the "DNS records check" link.

  13. You should now see "After you’ve added your domain records, you must complete the verification process. The detection of these records may take up to 72 hours.".
