Get startedWho Claimteq is for
Companies running their own claims
For a company with invoices, interest and payment schedules of its own: utilities, telecoms, instalments, rent, online retail.
Law firms and legal offices
For a firm representing a creditor as part of its own professional practice. Each client's claims, letters and court cases sit in their own project, while the desk stays one.
We do not sell a collection service
We do not buy claims, we do not collect them on your behalf, and we take no percentage of the amounts collected. Collecting claims on behalf of someone else without proper authorization is separately regulated by law. We simply provide a software service and act as your IT partner.
For partners reselling under their own name
If you offer claims handling under your own name, with your brand, your clients and your price, it runs on a separate price list rather than on the plans above.
Partnership starts at three client accounts.
Ask for the partner price list- Each client in an account of their own, with their own data, users and templates
- Your domain, your name and your sending address; the client deals with you, not with us
- One invoice for all client accounts, at a partner price per account
Every plan has everything in it
The plan says how many claims and how much data fit. No feature is locked behind a more expensive one.
- Contact dashboard
- Claims and schedules
- Workflow automations
- Templates
- Letters, email and SMS
- AI drafts
- Bank integration
- Court work
- Imports
- Self-service portal for your customers
- Sign-in with ID-card, Mobile-ID and Smart-ID
- Reports and exports to Excel
Nothing to lock you in
Cancel yourself, whenever you want
Cancel from your account settings, with no notice period and no call to us. There is no long-term contract.
Move between plans in both directions
When the portfolio grows or shrinks, only the plan changes. Nothing to migrate and no second account to set up.
The data stays yours
Claims, payments and documents can be taken out, including after you cancel. Your work is not held hostage here.
Common questions
Are you a collection agency?
No. We sell software, not a collection service. The claims stay yours, the money arrives in your account, and our invoice is a monthly fee rather than a percentage of what comes in. The relationship with your customer stays yours.
Can I run other companies' claims with it?
Your own claims, yes, and claims you act on as a representative, where your profession gives you that right, which is how law firms use the system. Buying claims up, or collecting them for a third party without such a right, is separately regulated in Estonia, and a licence to use our software is not a substitute for it; go through the requirements with your own legal adviser first.
How are several clients' claims kept apart?
Inside one account a project keeps them apart. Each client's claims, letters and reports stand on their own, while the desk, the templates and the automations are shared. That is how most firms work. If you resell the service under your own name, each client gets an account instead, and that runs on the partner price list.
What counts as an active claim?
A claim is active while it is being worked: it has a balance waiting to be paid, or a step waiting to be taken. Paid, withdrawn and written-off claims stay with their full history, but they are not counted.
Does the number of users change the price?
No. A new colleague, an accountant or a lawyer never adds a line to the invoice. Small practice holds up to five users and Company up to fifteen; the cloud server plan has no limit at all.
Can I change plans?
Yes, in both directions and straight away. Move up mid-month and we credit what you have already paid; move down and the new price starts with your next invoice.
What happens when I reach the claim limit?
Work does not stop. We tell you as the limit gets close, and the claims you already have carry on as usual; move up a plan to add new ones.
Does the trial need a card?
No. Small practice and Company come with two months to try, and we ask for a card only when you decide to carry on. Cloud server has no trial period, because we set that server up once you order.
Is VAT added to these prices?
Yes, the prices on this page are before VAT. VAT is added to the invoice according to your location and VAT number.
What counts towards the storage, and can I get more?
It covers everything you keep in the system, meaning documents, letters and the claim records themselves. If the space runs out while the claim count still fits, there is no need to change plan at all. Write to us and we will agree the storage separately.
How does billing work?
An invoice arrives by email once a month and can be paid by card or bank transfer. Annual prepayment and e-invoicing can be arranged, so write to us.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, in one click. There is no notice period and no call to make.
Start with your own claims
Take your own claims, import them, and see how much of the work goes away. Pick a plan once you know how many claims you really run at a time.
